Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your CreditSphere account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page is for the CreditSphere website and the CreditSphere Android app, both operated by Servshield Technology Private Limited.
How it works
- Send the form with the mobile number you log in with (or email us — see below).
- We confirm the request with you on that mobile number or email, so no one else can delete your account.
- We remove your personal details from your account within 2 days and tell you when it's done.
One account, two apps. Your CreditSphere login is the same account as SpherePayment (same mobile number). Deleting it removes your access to both, and any unlocked reports or points can't be restored.
What we delete
- Your email, date of birth, gender and address
- Your PAN and the link between your PAN and your account
- Your referral code and login details
What we have to keep
- An encrypted copy of the details above, as the law requires
- Your name and mobile number on your account
- Your credit reports, payment and invoice records, support tickets and loan enquiries
- Records of the consent you gave to fetch your credit report
- Your credit information held by Experian itself — that's the credit bureau's record, not ours; contact Experian to correct it
